Welcome to DMD Fitness – where we go the extra mile to help you achieve your fitness goals! If you’re here, you’ve probably been thinking about working with a personal trainer. Let’s talk about the next steps.

Before we start, I need two things from you: honesty and commitment. Tell me if you’re struggling with your diet, workout, or any other challenges. The more you share, the more we can work together to overcome any obstacles. This is a two-way street, and trust is essential.

If you’re ready to make a commitment, let’s chat! We’ll meet over coffee or tea to discuss your goals. If we’re a good match, we’ll start working together.

We’ll create a personalised plan that includes your goals, your exercise preferences, and your schedule. Small goals add up to big results, so we’ll break them down into achievable steps. And we’ll make sure you enjoy the process – fitness should be fun!

If you’ve used our calorie calculator, we can use that information to create a nutrition plan that works for you. And I’m always here to answer your questions and provide support along the way.

We’ll check in weekly to catch up and make any necessary adjustments. Remember, we’re a team – let’s work together to achieve your goals!

About Me

Hey, I’m Daniel MacDonald and I am a lifelong resident of Taynuilt. I have always been passionate about sports and have been involved in helping organize sporting challenges for all levels of fitness across Scotland.

I started Team DMD Fitness to help people achieve their fitness goals and experience the incredible benefits of physical activity. I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing clients and over the years have helped them tackle all sorts of barriers and challenges on their fitness journey. Together, we’ve achieved some impressive fitness goals and I’ve been able to use my personal training expertise and life skills to make a real difference in their lives.

For me, being a personal trainer is not just about passion, but an outlook on life. It’s about helping people reach their goals and seeing them smash those goals with a smile on their face. There’s nothing better than knowing I can help change someone’s life and help them see the potential inside themselves. That’s why I love fitness, wellbeing, and being a personal trainer.

A wee bit of info on the classes

After you come along to class you will be added to our class group chat, we keep everyone up to date with events and each other this is a safe space for you to voice your opinion on class likes/dislikes, things you like to work on and ideas you may have for a class and just to have a wee chat. After all, without you guys there would be no class so it as much your class as it is mine ☺ Your input and comments are very important as we are a team which is working together to reach our goals.

We also run monthly and weekly challenges within the chat with prizes to win, donated by local businesses like hotel vouchers/free points, shop vouchers and days out.
